Thye has 16 years of extensive experience working as a physiotherapist. He started the first five years of his career at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. He has completed various rotations and has gained experience in treating a wide range of patients presenting with neurological, geriatric, cardiopulmonary, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Thye subsequently worked in different private clinics and the Singapore Sports Institute before deciding to set up his own clinic. He is the current physiotherapist for the Singapore National Netball Team and has been working closely with them for the past 10 years, accompanying them to more than 20 countries for training trips, Nations Cup, Pac Aus series, SEA Games, Asian Championships and World Championships.

Thye completed his post-graduate Master in Clinical Rehabilitation (Sports) with Curtin University, Australia in 2018. He continues to attend relevant courses to stay up to date with the latest current research and evidences.

Thye has a keen interest in treating athletes and has a long track record of successfully rehabilitating injured athletes back to competitive levels. He believes in a patient-centred approach and collaborates with his clients to achieve successful outcomes. He prescribes individualised exercise programs and incorporates hands-on treatment to improve patients' pain and function.

Not only does Thye possess exceptional physiotherapy expertise, but he is also multilingual. He can communicate fluently in six languages: Cantonese, Hokkien, Teochew, Malay, English, and Mandarin. This comprehensive language proficiency ensures that patients from diverse cultural backgrounds can effectively communicate their concerns and symptoms, making the therapeutic process more comfortable and accurate. You can rest assured that language barriers won't hinder your path to recovery under his care.
